New printer won't print from website

I have installed a new ENVY 5530.  It is wirelessly connected through a router.   I can print documents, emails, and other computer files, but I cannot print anything from a website.   The printer says its working correctly and connected wirelessly.  I tried turning off the firewall and still could not get it to print from a website.  What have I set up incorrectly????
