My laptop was previously connected to our new network printer, wirelessly, fine, but it appears to me that it may be the recent updates to Win 10 on my laptop, that the problem started. The updates occurred three days ago. I
am now unable to connect the laptop to the printer. It says either of two things.
1. Driver is unavailable or
2.Unable to find printer.
I have tried many different things as suggested by HP and the HP Print and Scan Doctor software but to no avail. Any fixes that anyone knows would be much appreciated. Whether I try connecting via USB or Wirelessly, the laptop still fails to connect to the printer
My husband is not having any trouble connecting the printer to his laptop, which uses a 32 bit connection. Mine is 64 bit.
I am guessing that since I have tried everything recommended to connect, that it is a Win 10 thing.
Any advice appreciated!
