Jarends,
I tried the unplugging the printer tactic, with no joy. When it powered back up, I couldn't get the Web Services icon to respond to touch. However, touching the Wireless Settings icon (or the Apps Manager icon, or the Settings icon for that matter) got me to the Web Services page. However, nothing I touched on that page would get it to open the Settings sub menu, so I couldn't complete the steps you'd outlined.
Is there a way to force a firmware update by connecting the printer to my computer via USB and using a computer-based app, or is it all done through the Control Panel? Can the Control Panel be replaced - it appears as if it's just not sensing where my finger touches it correctly...if at all.
Appreciate your patience,
BD
