Hello,
I have a hp photosmart 6520. I use windows 8. I have trouble printing using the photo tray to print 4x6in format.
It seems that I no longer have the option to choose 4x6in format. I have tried to select all the possible options but I still get error every time. (Drivers are up to date)
As you see I can only select Japanese postcard, A6, L and 2L.
Please help!
