I have recently purchased a new computer (Mac OS 10.9.2) and am unable to print anything from my printer. I tried to download the software, restart my computer and unplug my printer. The first few times I tried all of this I was able to print 2 or 3 sheets, then the printer goes idle and will no longer print or scan. I then try the entire episode again, and again was able to print only a few pages. Now though when I try everything again, the printer remains idle and will not print or scan anything.
Please help, this is extremely frustrating.
(The printer worked fine on my old laptop)
The printer is a Deskjet 1050 all in one printer and scanner
