I understand when you print a 8.5x11document is not printing correctly. I will do my best to assist you! Make sure this printer is plugged into a direct wall, not a surge protector. Please try these steps:
1) Remove all the ink cartridges from the printer
2) Remove the power cord from the back of the printer (Do no press the power button)
3) Wait 60 seconds or more, then plug the power cord back into the printer
4) Wait for the printer to turn on completely
5) Now, install the ink cartridges
6) Print a Alignment sheet:
- On the printer control panel, touch the Settings icon (

). - Touch Tools, then touch Align Printer
