Hi there,
Hoping someone can help me, i just cant figure it out.
Our printer has white A4 in tray 5, and invoice A4 in tray 3. When tray 5 runs out it starts printing documents out on invoice paper which is proving very costly.
Is there a way to stop this at the printer so that when tray 5 runs out it comes up with an error halting the printer to asking to insert more paper?
Any help would be great.
