Re: everything but printing works

Thank you for this updated information.

I would recommend bypassing the Print Spooler to verify if you are able to print:

1. Go into Devices and Printers
2. Next, right click on the Photosmart C3183 printer
3. Click on Printer Properties, then click on the Advance Tab (very top)
4. Click on "Print Directly to the printer", then click Apply
5. Try to print a document

If this step doesn't work, then try this steps:

1) Go into Devices and Printers

2) Click on Printer Properties
3) Click on Advance, then click on Print Processors
4) WinPrint will already be selected. Click on "HP", then goes from there. Press Apply
