My original post might have been misleading. I've just duplicated one of the built in paper sizes and adjusted the margins to 0 all sides. I have tried with it set as the default paper size in the printer properties and set it in the software. Not all the software I've tried allows this but where there is an option I've set it there. I've not changed the paper dimensions (or at least only temporarily to test whether longer paper would resolve the problem but it only changes the position of the text on the page).
Should it be possible to print with a bottom margin of less than 2cm with this printer?
