I have an HP C4580 Photosmart Printer that has worked flawlessly. I use referbished ink from a reliable and dependable ebay supplier and have never had problems with this printer using the refurbished ink. Suddenly, I got the "Incompatible Cartridge" message. After cleaning the cartridges and the contacts and doing several hard restarts of the printer, I intermittently was asked to print an alignment page (which it did and which was scanned), and the message would again appear immediately after printing the page. In the midst of all this, I was able to copy one page that I had been trying to print all day. Aside from this one page and the alignment pages (copy quality excellent), I was unable to get a test page to print that was sent to the computer when I did an HP diagnostic. I tried to remove each cartridge, but the printer will not print with only one cartridge. I replaced the cartridges, and I still get the message. Any suggestions? Thanks.
