As I Understand the printing menu has changed since the last time you used the printer, the black ink only & two-sided printing is no longer available,
No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:
Are you referring the printer display settings or the settings on your Windows 10 that's changed?
have you recently installed any updates to the driver or the firmware?
While you respond to that, here are the instructions on how to get "black only" and the "Automatic two-sided printing":
The setup may vary from printer to printer but basically (for Windows):
(a) Double click printer icon on desktop,
(b) Click Set Preferences,
(c) Click Advanced - under Paper/Quality
(d) Select "Black Ink only" for Print in Grayscale
(e) Click Ok/Apply
Note: Grayscale needs color inks to mix up, therefore your need to use black only, if you wish to print only B&W.
