I reset the printer, cleaned the printheads, aligned the cartridges (which failed) several times. Finally I called HP on Sunday. I didn't realize we had an extended warranty so we still have a year to go on that - which meant free support phone calls. After an hour on the phone, they agreed something was wrong and sent me a replacement. The replacement was received yesterday (Tuesday) and mine is already on its way back to HP. All is good now.
