The share name will be changed on the Vista machine. On the Vista machine click Start, Control Panel, Printers, Right click on the Offciejet 4500, Sharing, in the share name box type OJ4500, Apply, OK.

Then on the Windows 7 machine click Start, Devices and printers, right click on the Officejet 4500, Select Printer Properties, Ports, Add Port, Local Port, New Port, \\JOHNW-HP\OJ4500 , OK, Apply, OK.
