Still trying to do this!
On the desktop computer (Windows 7), after hitting 'Yes' in step 6, I'm getting this:
which is puzzling because the laptop and printer were both switched off, and a different printer is set as the default on the desktop PC.
Then tried the whole thing on the laptop (Vista), but after finding and highlighting the correct printer, as in step 4, the option to 'Remove' remains greyed out, so I can't get any further.
I've made sure that there are no documents pending in the printer.
Was going to try a complete de-install on the laptop and concentrate on the desk top computer, but it doesn't appear to be straightforward, so have not done it.
