I have a Deskjet all-in-one 3052a printer (Warranty expired last year.)
It has power to it and it turns on when you first plug it in, but the control pad on the printer does not respond (none of the buttons will work when pressed - but there are lights in the wireless and eprint buttons.)
Print jobs sent to the printer don't print.
If a scan is started from the computer it will scan and save to the computer, but will not print.
I have unhooked cables and reconnected them after several minutes and I have even reconnected to a different computer via usb. Any ideas on what might be the cause or what it will take to fix it would be appreciated. Thanks.
