Hi all, My HP OfficeJet Pro 8134e All-in-One-Printer continuously displays a blue screen with error code 05F4DE48. When I reboot it, it says 'firmware update unsuccessful, try again' & then becomes unresponsive & shuts back down to the blue screen with 'said' error code. I cannot do any kind of reset because of it immediately shutting down.
I spoke to a **bleep** who wasn't very helpful. He told me the printer is 'shot' but it's only 18 months old.
HELP !!!
