HP Office Jet 4650 Prints test page but will not print PDF but jumps to Fax

HP Office Jet 4650 Prints test page but will not print PDF. When I try to print the PDF, it asks for the Receipent's fax number. I have restarted the printer and my computer, but it does the same thing.
