Hi @Kleo33,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
Sorry to hear about the issue. Before proceeding with a warranty exchange, let’s try a few final troubleshooting steps to see if we can get your HP printer to power on.
1. Check the Power Source
- Plug the printer directly into a wall outlet (not a surge protector or extension cord).
- Try a different wall outlet that you know works.
2. Inspect the Power Cable
- Make sure the power cable is firmly connected to both the printer and the wall.
- If you have another compatible HP power adapter, try swapping it.
3. Perform a Power Reset
- Unplug the printer from the wall.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds (while unplugged).
- Plug it back in and try turning it on.
4. Check for Signs of Life
- Look for any lights, fan noise, or display flicker.
- If the printer has a display, does anything appear at all?
5. Try a Different Power Cable (if available)
- If you have access to another HP printer with a similar power adapter, try using that to rule out a faulty cable.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
