I understand you are using new Cartridges and getting an “E0” error code on your HP DeskJet Plus 4152 All-in-One Printer typically indicates an issue related to the ink cartridges. Following these steps can help you check and resolve the issue.

Steps to Resolve the E0 Error Code

  1. Check the Cartridge Installation:
    • Open the cartridge access door.
    • Wait until the ink carriage moves to the center and becomes idle and silent.
    • Press down on the ink cartridge to release it, and then remove it from its slot.
       
  2. Inspect the Cartridge:
    • Ensure that you are using genuine HP ink cartridges.
    • Remove the ink cartridge from its packaging, and check for any plastic tape that may not have been removed properly.
    • Carefully remove any remaining tape without touching the copper-colored contacts or ink nozzles.
       
  3. Reinstalling the Cartridge:
    • Holding the cartridge by its sides, slide the cartridge into its slot at a slight upward angle.
    • Push up on the cartridge until it snaps into place.
    • Close the cartridge access door.\
       
  4. Aligning the Cartridges:
    • If an Alignment Page prints, follow the instructions on the page to align the cartridges and complete the installation.
    • If an Alignment Page does not print, and an E0 error displays on the control panel, click Alignment already completed on the HP app to complete the installation.
