If your HP Deskjet 3755 printer jobs are stuck in the queue and only print after restarting the printer, but new print jobs are not processed, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1. Check the Print Spooler Service
The print spooler is a service that manages print jobs. Sometimes, resetting it can solve queue issues.
- Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog box.
- Type services.msc and press Enter.
- Scroll down and find "Print Spooler."
- Right-click on it and select "Restart."
- Try printing again.
2. Clear Print Queue Manually
Sometimes, clearing the print queue manually can help.
- Again, open the Run dialog by pressing Windows + R.
- Type control printers and press Enter.
- Right-click on your HP Deskjet 3755 and select "See what's printing."
- Open the "Printer" menu, click "Cancel All Documents."
- Confirm the action if needed and try to print a new document.
3. Update Printer Firmware
Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware updates.
- Open the HP Support page.
- Search for your printer model (HP Deskjet 3755).
- Go to the "Software, Drivers and Firmware" section.
- Download and install any available firmware updates.
4. Check for Windows Updates
Make sure your operating system is up to date as well, which can often resolve compatibility issues.

5. Reinstall Printer Drivers

- Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.

- Download the latest driver from the HP Support page and install it.
- Add the printer again and try printing.
6. Reset Printer Settings
