Deskjet 2700 all in one printer.
all 3 lights are orange but the information light blinks when I turn the printer on.
I’ve tried 5 minute unplug, reset to factory & cartridges are both full but still lights come on - any ideas please?
it does print and scan just don’t understand why the lights are there.
also in set up through smart hp it wouldn’t let me past loading the cartridges and shutting the ink door almost like it doesn’t register it’s closed. But no matter what I do that doesn’t change!
