HP 8139e printer only a few months old. Use it nearly every day. Last two days it has been cutting off the top and right sides of print... much of the bottom of the paper is empty and even the top of the paper is couple inches blank.
I tried to find some maintenance things to do (like I used to do with my prior HP Printers ... HP Smart had my type in the PIN for my printer ... then it started NO PRINT TOOLS. So that is not working either (It should have alignment etc right?)
This is happening printing PDFs
I tried printing at 99% ... at printable area ... at page area
It never prints anything the bottom 3-4 inches of the paper
It looks like it is trying to print the page at 125%, but starting way too high up in it's calculations- so it is NOT printing anything at the top of page either (even though it seems like it thinks something should be printed there)
I tried unplugging from the power outlet for over a minute - did not help.
I rebooted my Chromebook - did not help
