Hello everybody,
I spent some hours doing test and checks, and finally I made it.
I don't know why, but I had to go to the printer setup page and eneble the "HP web services", the printer connected to their servers and it was worknig again.
Don't know why HP does not print this info on the report page, it will save many working hours.
