My MFP 3302 no longer copies or scans. When looking in the jobs queue, an old copy job from March 2025 (!!) is listed, which cannot be cancelled via the display or the web interface. Strangely, the old job persists even after rebooting / unplugging the printer for >30sec.
Does anyone have any idea how to cancel the job, or if anything else is not working/can be done?
At the moment I don't want to do a hard reset, as that would mean completely reconfiguring the printer and the fax functionality, which I need my son to do, but he's out of the country at the moment.
