Blue Screen With Error Code B80B746C

After the printer (HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e) boots up it goes to a blue screen with the error code B80B746C. All of the lights start flashing and the power button does not work. After restart the same thing happens. Please provide instructions on how to do a factory reset from this condition.
