HP no longer provides support for the 8025 printer failure. They suggested to buy a new printer. However, after reading the trouble shooting support from others, Shut off the printer, unplug for 60 seconds, remove the ink cartridges and clean the ink cartridges and copper connection of printer, then reinsert cartridges and utilize the setting of cleaning the printhead and then align the printhead corrected the error message 71.02.4A
Printer now working great. Hopefully, this is a permanent fix. Hooray !
