Why isn’t MacOS sequoia 15.4.1 not on the SW list above? Is HP so far behind?
I arrived here trying to fix the
Printhead Appears to be Missing or Damaged
error. Printer is 10? years old, <10 pages per month, home use, 1st time seeing this error.
I’ve done a hard reset, reseated the cartridges, turned on/off and still get the message. Got a link from the Community, Page not found. Trying to update the driver..
I first saw this little box yesterday on another website. No instructions or guidance whatsoever as to what to do with it. Any input to it seems doomed to failure
It cropped up again today, with the same problem.
Who designs this stuff, do they use their brains?
