A provlem with hp account

Dear HP Support,

 

I am experiencing an issue with my HP DeskJet 2800 series printer. A message appears in the HP Smart app and on the printed information page stating that there is a problem with my HP account, and that I will not be able to print unless the issue is resolved.

 

I have already installed new original HP cartridges, but the warning still persists. I am logged into the HP Smart app, but I cannot determine what is wrong with my account. I suspect this may be related to the HP+ program or an Instant Ink subscription.

 

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would like to continue using my printer without interruptions.

 • Printer model: HP DeskJet 2800 series [2C3735]

 • Country of use: Portugal
