Good morning everyone,
I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 printer which, when I turn it on, gives me an error like this:
C4EB8447.
This error appears on a blue screen and then the printer shuts down.
What I have already tried to do to fix the problem (following suggestions for similar issues found online) includes:
- Disconnecting the printer from a power strip and plugging it directly into a wall outlet.
- Turning it back on while holding down the power button for 10–15 seconds.
Unfortunately, none of these attempts worked.
I am asking for help to try to solve the problem myself before taking the printer in for repair.
