I choose the double-sided printing option in my printer, but it only prints out even number pages and doesn't print odd number pages at all. Then it advised me to add paper into tray 1 (I only keep paper in tray 2), once I had paper in tray 1 it throws out my odd number pages. So what I got is even number pages in a stack and odd number pages in a stack, all one sided.
I checked the firmware version, and it seems like the latest version according to hp Smart, and I'm pretty sure I clicked the 'print on both sides' option. Is there any method to troubleshoot it?
My computer is running on Windows 11 pro 24H2, OS build 26100.3775, and the printer's firmware version is 6.17.5.34-202412122146, I connect the printer to my computer with a cable.
