Uninstall the Printer Completely
Let’s wipe any corrupt or conflicting drivers first:
- Open Settings> Bluetooth & devices> Printers & scanners.
- Click your HP ENVY 6065e> Remove device.
- Then go to Control Panel> Programs> Uninstall a program, and remove HP Smart and HP driver software if listed.
Restart and Clean Up Leftovers
- Restart your PC after uninstalling.
- Go to this folder and delete contents:
C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS
(You may need admin rights. This clears stuck print jobs.)
Reinstall Correct HP Software
