Try these steps:
Reset the Printer:

- Wait for at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the printer and turn it on.
Check for Paper Jams:

- Remove any stuck paper if found.
Reinstall Ink Cartridges:
- Open the ink cartridge access door.
- Make sure the ink cartridges are properly seated and reinsert them if necessary.
Check Connectivity:
- Ensure that the printer is properly connected to a power source.
- Check that the Wi-Fi connection is stable if you are using a wireless setup.
Use HP Smart App:
- Follow the instructions on the HP Smart App to connect the printer to your smartphone.
- Ensure you are using the latest version of the HP Smart App.
Perform a Factory Reset:
- Note: This step will reset your printer to factory settings and erase any custom settings.
