This is one of the most complicated, useless, printer setups I have ever dealt with. And I have a IT degree. First, I am not sure we are looking at the same model. There is a power button. On display, there is a back, home, and help button. Nothing happens when I hold any of those buttons down for three seconds. I return and exchange the printer once already, so it is a product thing. It weird how I saw the blinking blue light during setup and I follow instructions. But that light stops blinking right after running the alignment. So if customer need to connect printer to network before alignment, then instructions need to be rewritten. Also, there should be instructions included regarding what needs to be down when blue light disappears. I am still in the dark here.
