Try these steps:
Restart the Printer:
- Turn off the printer.
- Disconnect the power cord from the printer and the electrical outlet.
- Wait for 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer and the electrical outlet.
- Turn on the printer.
Reset the Network Settings:
- Go to the printer control panel.
- Navigate to the Home screen.
- Touch the Setup icon (typically represented by a gear symbol).
- Select Network Setup.
- Touch Wireless Settings.
- Select Restore Network Settings.
Update Printer Firmware:
Kindly refer to this link to update your printer firmware.
Printer Reconfiguration:
- Access the Embedded Web Server (EWS) by typing the printer’s IP address into your web browser.
- Turn off Web Services.
- Turn Web Services back on.
- Generate a new printer claim code if necessary.
- Register the printer on your HP Smart account.
