i have a HP Envy 6100e series but I am having issues with my surface operating with Windows 11 conne

i have a HP Envy 6100e series but I am having issues with my surface operating with Windows 11 connecting to the printer HP Envy 6100e series.  When I originally purchased this, i had to get on a help desk.  I had read that maybe the printers were not yet compatible with the new surfaces that are AI enabled.  I got on with the Help desk and they fixed the problem but it is happening again.
