I was printing a document from Word. The printer cycled a sheet of paper through the feed and dropped in the hopper with not printing on it. Error message came up indicating a problem with my print head. Recommendations I recieved from this site indicated that I should remove the ink cartridges and then the carriage in which they were riding and clean the contacts with distilled water and a lintfree cloth. It indicated that there was a lever I needed to lift to remove the print carriage but it doesn't exist on my printer and I could find no work around for my printer.
