Hi @CJHARDEMON_
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
The red and blue flashing lights on your HP DeskJet 4155e All-in-One Printer typically indicate an error or issue that needs attention.
Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:
1. Check the Error Code
- Look at the printer's display for any error codes or messages. These can provide specific details about the issue.
2. Inspect Ink Cartridges
- Open the ink cartridge access door and ensure the cartridges are properly installed.
- If the ink alert light is flashing, check if the cartridges are low on ink or need replacement.
- Clean the cartridge contacts with a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with distilled water.
3. Reset the Printer
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
- This can help clear temporary errors.
4. Check Wireless Connection
- If the blue wireless light is flashing, it indicates the printer is not connected to Wi-Fi.
- Press and hold the Wireless button until the light starts blinking, then use the HP Smart app to reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
5. Perform a Hard Reset
- Remove the power cord while the printer is on.
- Press and hold the Power button for 15 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord and turn the printer back on.
