I have an Officejet Pro 8025e. I put in all new cartridges that were low.
I then got message: There is a problem with printer or print system. I did all of the unplugging for 60 seconds and doesn't reset.
Then got another message: This printer requires use an HP account, enables web services, and internet connection for setup and use. It's still set up and connected to WiFi. So...??
Then I got another message: There is a problem with the printhead. Event code 62.80.13.
This POS is 18 months old and I have only printed out about 30 pages. It's now off warranty. I want to drive over it with my car.
Before I do that, can you please give me some advice that would change my mind? Something that fixes the (planned) issues with HP printers.
