1. This error could be related to ink cartridges, maybe they are empty or not properly installed inside printer.
2. Please follow steps from the next video to remove ink cartridges and then install again inside printer:

3. After this steps check if the printer is Ok and the error goes away.
4. If that doesn´t work you may need to change cartridges and ask for HP Tech Support to replace ink cartridges using your Instant Ink option:
