(1) First check the software proper installation with HP Print Doctor for Windows:

• https://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/HPPSdr.exe

(2) Then try to install the next software driver for Windows with your printer:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/OJP9730/HPEasyStart-16.2.2-OJP9730_60_0_1882_Webpack.exe

(3) And try again to print a small document, just to check that is working ok, after installing software drivers.
