HP leaves a lot to the desire customer service is really unacceptable. I called twice first time to have them talk me through fixing it the customer service rep told me to throw out the printer and buy a whole new one because it was obsolete. I called back because I couldn't believe how ridiculous that suggestion was and the second person told me since you just canceled your instant ink subscription the day before that's why it's not working you need regular cartridges not ones that have our sensor on it. So they're sending me two new cartridges that are not instant ink cartridges and we'll see if they work. All this because of an orange flashing light.
