- Restart your router.
- Plug in and turn on your printer again.
Reconnect Printer to Wi-Fi:
- On the printer control panel, press the Wireless button.
- Select Wireless Setup Wizard and follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect to your Wi-Fi network.
Verify Connection Using HP Smart App:
- Download and open the HP Smart App on your mobile device or computer.

Reset Network Settings:
- Reset the printer’s network settings:
- Press and hold the Wireless button and Cancel button on the printer control panel simultaneously for about 5 seconds.
