2. Check Network Connection
- Ensure that your printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
- Verify that your network is stable and has a strong signal strength.
3. Reinstall HP Smart App
- Uninstall the HP Smart app from your device.
- Reinstall the app from the HP Smart homepage.
- Open the app and follow the setup instructions again.
4. Firmware Update

5. Manual Connection Setup
Use Embedded Web Server (EWS):
- Print a network configuration page from your printer (refer to the printer manual for instructions).
- Note the IP address of your printer from the configuration page.
- Open a web browser on your computer and enter the printer’s IP address in the address bar.
- Access the Embedded Web Server (EWS) to configure network settings.
Use WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup):
- Press the WPS button on your router and then the wireless button on the printer.
- Follow the prompts to connect the printer directly via WPS.
6. Reset Printer to Default Settings

7. Check Router Compatibility
