Printer web interface access

Hi, I have this E87760 MFP printer that we replaced the HDD and reloaded F/W.  Once that was done the printer was network configured and fax configured.  Both IP printing and faxing are working and printing with direct IP printing.

I can also print direct IP to the printer from different locations/subnets that I have been at.  

  

One thing that is occurring is when I try to access the device thru the IP/web is see the following message in any browser or PC that I use for this.... this instead of the web interface.....

 

The system is initializing.  Please wait...

 

HP Tech support is saying it is not from them or the printer.

 

My network and security people are saying it is not from us.

 

This occurs on the problem printers IP or any IP it is configured on .  Also on another subnet in a different location.

 

Another printer was setup onsite with the original IP and is working.  Also worked with other IP's at that location.

 

The formatter/main board was also replaced with the same problems. 

 

Any ideas?
