The "Close Tray" error on your HP Envy 6000 series printer try these steps to fix it:
1. Check and Reinsert the Tray
Pull out the input tray completely.
Remove any paper inside and check for obstructions.
Push the tray back in firmly until it clicks into place.
2. Restart the Printer
Turn off the printer.
Unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.
Plug it back in and turn it on.
3. Check for Paper Jams
Open the rear access door and remove any stuck paper.
Look inside the input tray area for any small pieces of paper or debris.
4. Update Firmware
If the issue persists, update the printer's firmware via the HP Smart app or HP's support website.
5. Reset the Printer
Unplug the power cord while the printer is on.
Wait 60 seconds and plug it back in.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
