Your options are fairly limited.
This printer lacks a full service touchscreen Printer Control Panel.
What you can do at the panel is explained in the first few pages of the user manual.
User Guide - HP Smart Tank series - 6000, 7000, 7300
The Embedded Web Server (EWS) as mentioned in the user guide won't work unless the printer is at least connected to Wi-Fi Direct. Reference > Page 44 of the user manual.
Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar
EWS is the normal method used to access the printer features when needful (no full service panel) or when it is preferred to view or adjust the printer features using the keyboard and screen on your device (computer, tablet, phone). Both printer and device must be connected to the same network.
Wi-Fi Direct is not full Wireless as would be used with a router -- Instead Wi-Fi Direct uses the wireless radio on the printer to connect directly to your Wireless capable device (computer, tablet, phone).
