Update:
The new toner is out for delivery so it will be here later today, however when I was talking to HP support last week one of the thing they got me to do was reset the printer. So today I decided I would get it connected again to my WiFi etc after I got it connected to WiFi again, in the browser I connected to the printer to check for firmware update, and there was a new update (wasn't there last week) I told it to update and the update finished and the printer restarted and low and behold the ER 11 was gone and the printer works like it did before HP broke it !!
