Hi all
I got a HP DeskJet 4130e about 2 years ago. I needed it to print postage labels off. When I printed the PDFs the are tightly aligned to the left hand side of the page and leaving a large gap to the righthand side. This means that the information is not being printed on the A4 label sheets correctly. The labels were unusable as when you peeled them off the sheet lots of the information was overlapping to to other labels (by about 3mm).
I am trying to resolve this isssue now. I have printed word documents and strecthed the margains to the full width of the page to see will the text print the full way - I have noticed it is leaving a gap of about 1cm on the righthand side of the page (image attached).
I have updated the firmware and everything. I am now starting to think maybe it is a hardware issue? I seriously considering just getting rid of it and buying a new one. I am having to pay a 3rd party everyday to print off PDFs on to A4 label sheets and it is such an inconvience. Any advice would be greatly welcomed.
