I have DeskJet2755e all in one printer with instant ink subscription. For a while now, the printer stopped connecting to our windows laptop. No issues printing from Mac desktop, iPhone or iPad, just not the laptop. I tried some online troubleshooting and went through the steps in the Scan and Doctor program. That led me and suggested to do a reset of factory default settings - well, after completing that the printer has completely crashed, all the symbols are flashing and nothing is working to get it reconnected to the wifi to work at all. Getting very frustrated with the lack of online support options. Can someone please help
