It sounds like this printer has put you through the wringer, and I totally get the frustration. Let’s get this sorted once and for all.
First, with the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer and the wall outlet.
- Press and hold the power button on the printer for 20 seconds.
- Wait for 60 seconds and connect the power cord back in.
- This should reset the printer.
